Hartlepool Dockfest 2009 - Maritime monsters, myths, magic, music and mirth

Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th July

Hartlepool's biggest summer event!

Kitchen Academy

Kitchen Academy was established back in 2002 by Jethro Carr who runs the company and performs many of the demonstrations himself. Kitchen Academy has exceeded all that was initially imagined. By continually improving and refining its services Kitchen Academy has become the country's leading mobile cookery school. The highly skilled team of enthusiastic chefs can present a recipe in an exciting and effortless manner.

Much of the success is because of the highly skilled team who are all talented and enthusiastic about passing on their skills. Kitchen Academy has also had a great deal of success with the Kids Kitchen Academy which they have operated at food festivals and in schools. The Kids Kitchen Academy has given children all over the UK the chance to learn some basic cookery skills and to become really enthusiastic about cooking. The discovery does not stop with the children, parents often help out or stand at the sidelines and observe, so that the whole family goes home inspired and motivated to cook.

Hartlepool Dockfest 09 is joining some very prestigious clients of the Kitchen Academy. They include BBC Good Food Show, Soil Association, The Children's Food Festival, Fair Trade, WOMAN and the Brighton and Hove Food and Drink Festival.
